Today's Top Questions
  1. Why are my players scores incorrect in GameTrax?

We are aware of certain live scoring differences during game play. Once the games are complete, all stats are revised and will be corrected with final scoring on Tuesday. If you believe the scoring is still incorrect after Tuesdays final scoring, please contact customer service and provide the details to them.

  2. Can I delete my team from a public league?

Unfortunately, a team cannot be removed from a public league as this could alter the entire schedule for the league. We recommend that you simply set a lineup and not return to that league page. To eliminate any correspondence from the league, you can remove any email alerts you may have set. This can be done by clicking on the ‘Clubhouse’ tab and selecting ‘Team Info’. Next, you will need to uncheck all of the boxes in the 'Select Email Preferences' section. This will discontinue any emails pertaining to that particular league.

  3. Why did I score zero points this week?

This occurred because you had an invalid roster or lineup. The commissioner is able to correct this by using the "Player Service Time" tool and then having us re-run the scores for the week in question. Here are the steps to follow to do this.

    Edit the Roster/Lineup:

First, go to Commissioner Tools ->Clubhouse ->Player Service Time ->Edit Service Time. Here you will see the full roster for a team in Week One towards the bottom of the page. Select the team that needs to be changed and then click on the player from that team that needs to be edited (Dropped, Benched etc) and you will now see a set of 16 or 17 drop downs on the upper right hand side. Make the necessary changes to the week in question and click the Save button. Repeat this process for all applicable teams and you are now ready to re-run your scoring.

    To run Retro Scoring:

Send us an email letting us know that all rosters and lineups for previous weeks are legal and that you would like us to re-run your scores.

  4. Why aren’t my individual players getting points for Special Teams’ Touchdowns, Return Yards etc…?

If you have individual players that are not receiving points for return yards or special teams touchdowns make sure your scoring settings are setup correctly. The commissioner can make changes in scoring settings by customizing scoring for each position. Go to Commissioner Tools ->Setup ->Change Setup ->Scoring; it will be the second dropdown box on the scoring settings page. Choose "Customize Scoring by Position". You will now see a new tab appear for every position in your lineup. Pick one position (RB, WR, TE) and scroll down to the bottom of the page to the "Special Team Stats" section and select the stat categories you want to receive points for.

  5. Why am I not able to select whole scoring? Is Fractional scoring the only available option?

Due to the popularity of fractional scoring among FOX Sports users our fantasy football product has implemented this scoring system. Fractional scoring has quickly become the norm in the vast majority of leagues because it maximizes fantasy points for performance and makes the chance of ending a matchup in a tie very rare. This system makes every yard matter and makes the matchup even more intense.

  6. How do I put someone on the Injured Reserve?

Provided your commissioner has allowed for an injured reserve spot on your roster, a player must be announced as OUT or INACTIVE on the Official NFL Injury report (Released on Friday evening at the earliest) to become eligible for an IR spot. If he is out, you can place him on injured reserve and pick up another player without losing a bench spot. When you want to reactivate the player that was hurt you will need to drop another player from your roster in order to do so.

  7. How do I change the Roster Settings for my league?

Unfortunately, once the draft is complete and the season has begun, roster settings are locked. The commissioner can make changes to everyone’s rosters to make them legal and then have their league re-scored so that all teams do not remain scoreless.

  8. How do I rescore my league for previous weeks?

    To run Retro Scoring:

Send us an email letting us know that all rosters and lineups for previous weeks are legal and that you would like us to re-run your scores.

Edit the Roster/Lineup to make them legal:

First, go to Commissioner Tools ->Clubhouse ->Player Service Time ->Edit Service Time. Here you will see the full roster for a team in Week One towards the bottom of the page. Select the team that needs to be changed and then click on the player from that team that needs to be edited (Dropped, Benched etc) and you will now see a set of 16 or 17 drop downs on the upper right hand side. Make the necessary changes to the week in question and click the Save button. Repeat this process for all applicable teams and you are now ready to re-run your scoring.

  9. Why are ties showing up in our standings instead of the weekly winners?

This happens when the schedule for the league has been regenerated by a change made under League Setup by the Commissioner. To correct the ties, first the commissioner must go to the league setup pages to enter the correct schedules again. Go to Commissioner Tools ->Change Setup ->Schedule ->Edit Schedule. From there make sure that all matchups for previous weeks are correct. If they are you are now ready to re-run your scoring.

    To run Retro Scoring:

Send us an email letting us know that all rosters and lineups for previous weeks are legal and that you would like us to re-run your scores.

  10. Why is my Defense/Special Teams being penalized for points scored when they weren’t even on the field?

We are aware of certain live scoring issues where team defense/special teams are getting penalized for points when they aren't on the field and aren't giving these points up physically (i.e. interceptions and fumbles returned for touchdowns by the opposing team). Rest assured that these issues are temporary and will be corrected by the time scoring is finalized on Tuesday. Team defense/special teams will only be penalized for points they give up when they are on the field
